Great central location close to transportation, excellent staff, and fantastic breakfast options.

Nothing everything was great.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and cozy atmosphere. the staff were friendly, accommodating and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance, and the nearby police station provided an extra sense of security. the buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of continental and cooked options to satisfy every taste. the comfortable and well-decorated room made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Located in the comfortable zone, it was a perfect place for a short stay. The buffet breakfast that I ordered was savoury with various meats and fresh bread, for example. The room was updated and neat, offered an electric kettle, climate control and a personal safe.

We enjoyed every detail about our comfortable 2 nights stay here. It was in a very central setting close to the train station. Also, it was not far from Damrak.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it a perfect base for exploring the nearby museums, city center, and canals. The hotel is conveniently located next to a tram stop, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Guests can enjoy a nice breakfast before starting their day.

Some guests reported issues with the size of some rooms, which may not be suitable for those who need more space.

Spotless hotel with great location and atmosphere.

Clean hotel with an accommodating staff and a tasty breakfast. The room was inviting and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was unbeatable, for example, The Tower was at a near distance from the property.

I recently stayed at Avenue in Amsterdam for a weekend getaway. The room was well-presented, clean, and located on the quieter side of the building, ensuring a peaceful sleep without any road noise. The hotel's excellent location near the old city and Amsterdam Central Railway Station made it convenient for exploring the city. The helpful staff and satisfying breakfast added to the overall positive experience. Additionally, the easy access to trams right outside the hotel made getting around the city a breeze.

The place was fairly clean and modest, it had welcoming staff with a manager. Fab and pleasant location close to Tuk tuk.

The rooms at Avenue Hotel are simply furnished, with comfortable beds and a work desk. As a backpacker, I found the air conditioning and private bathroom with a shower to be a nice touch, perfect after a long day exploring.

Personally, I found the nearly bare white walls in the rooms a bit lacking in character.

I enjoyed the place, very good staff and location. Didn't like when it was cold outside, went to Burger Bar Kolksteeg to relax and grab some food.

Liked the queen room with good lighting and the way it was setup.

A charming surprise greeted me as I stepped into the 17th-century triple room. It felt like stepping into a cozy time machine, where history and comfort seamlessly intertwined. The staff's insights on local attractions were like having a personal GPS in a city of wonders.

Certainly a very very good experience for a short break in Amsterdam. I liked our stay, the staff were helpful and the location was handy! Restaurants and bars were close to the place. Amsterdam air was also at walking distance from the hotel.

Conveniently located near the train station and main attractions. The staff was attentive and kind, going above and beyond to assist with any needs. The breakfast was delicious with standout Dutch pancakes. Comfy beds and standard toiletries provided. Simple yet functional accommodations.

I always return for the friendly staff and excellent service. They helped me find my lost ID card once! The hotel has everything I need: Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, and laundry. I love coming back for a city trip.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

We were impressed with how close the hotel was to all public transportation. Our room was equipped with a coffee maker, which definitely came in handy. Despite the small size of the bathroom, we appreciated having a shower and toilet in the same space. we had a comfortable stay.

Explored sights on foot, got a packed lunch, asked a ton of questions and got answers, felt like time traveler in old building, had a hearty breakfast, lounged 24/7, bikes!

Feeling like a popsicle or roast chicken in the shower.
